Project Name: Solitaire Restaurant (Denver,CO) www.solitairerestaurant.com
Problem : Protek LLC was contracted to provide a low volt security and audio visual solution for Solitaire, a high end restaurant in the Highlands area of Denver. Cabling a couple of 100 year old houses was a challenge, but Protek was able to install the cameras and speakers in such a way to minimize the exposure of wires and blend the equipment with overall design to minimize visual impact. After removing antiquated equipment and cabling left behind over several years of remodeling and ownership changes. Protek ran all new Cat6 cables for the CCTV, POS, Data, Audio and Video systems.
Solution : The project included several indoor and outdoor seating areas. Protek installed a Sonos solution to give them a robust audio system. Now the outdoor patios can be listening to something completely different than the patrons enjoying their dinner. The camera system provides the owners the ability to monitor the restaurant in several different ways. Customer and staff interactions, customer flow and habits, employee performance, are some of the other uses besides the visual security. Solitaire now has a complete audio and visual system they can control and monitor on or off location.
